Meet Fabi
A career change inspired by acupuncture, and a practice built on listening to each person as an individual.
From the corporate world to Chinese Medicine
I was born in Brazil and moved to the UK, where I spent many years working in the corporate world. A personal experience of acupuncture inspired me to pursue a new path in this ancient system of medicine.
I trained at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, and I have a longstanding interest in nutrition and whole-person health, which led me to the AFMCP certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine.
I combine Chinese Medicine and Functional Medicine to offer personalised, holistic and evidence-informed care. My approach centres on understanding each person as an individual, exploring the wider factors that may be affecting their wellbeing, and working collaboratively towards greater balance and vitality.
My interest in women's health began with my BSc dissertation on fertility and acupuncture, and I have continued to train in fertility, paediatrics and Tui Na since.
